MULTIFAMILY COMPLEX FOR WORKERS IN CAIRO, EGYPT.

The project is born from the analysis of the growth of the passage of ships in the Suez Canal, Egypt. This growth will continue to destroy the ecosystem on which itstands, where many endemic species have serious impact on the ecology. As a solution to this, I propose a new high translucent and permeable floor constructionsystem, with the intention of not interrupting the natural cycles of the sun and water, which make possible the regeneration of clean water and air to grow vegetation around the new platform to create a healthy ecosystem for the residents and support the environment.

The thesis of this project involves addressing the environmental impact caused by the increasing ship traffic in the Suez Canal through the implementation of a new high translucent and permeable floor construction system. This innovative solution aims to maintain natural cycles of the sun and water, aiding in the regeneration of clean water and air to support the growth of vegetation and ultimately create a healthier ecosystem for both residents and the environment.

ORPANAGE IN CALCUTTA, INDIA

The essence of this orphanage for kids in India who need a home and education is to feel welcomed and belonging. Thus, creating a warm and protecting space on a community was essential. The structure opens like a heart to breath the fresh air coming from the river, adapted to the site. It opens like arteries that welcome the kids and support like a platform that gives them a new opportunity to start a new life.

The different common areas are inclusive as their attriums were clasified by ages to provide them protection and community sense, respect and belonging, to growth on each life´s teen stage properly.

To develop their creativity and wisdom, a labyrinth like hospitality project was lead with fountains and space for animals to provide healthy connections and travel like insights withhin the orphanage, which would never wanted to be an enclosed project.

The villas have been meticulously crafted to blend in with their natural surroundings while also offering unparalleled luxury and comfort. With attention to detail and a commitment to the environment, this development sets a new standard in sustainable luxury living.

OCEAN BOARDWALK AND PAVILION PROPOSAL IN THE NORTH CAROLINA COAST.

The proposed project, separated by the plots, becomes a chain of different pavilions that are linked to support the program through the waves they form on their roofs from “the point view” to the Atlantic Ocean and creates an iconic promenade from the city to boardwalk over the beach, having in total four anchor points, each pavilion, where which one connects with the next forming a perimeter around them.

Like a “forest” of columns of water, the project wants to recreate the life from below the ocean and show us how it is to live between waves and organic environments to support a sustainable project that is inspired from the ocean waves, and that also wants to become a solar energy and water recolector to generate energy naturally.

The shadowed areas generate places for reunions, visitors, exterior art exhibitions and events, over the new boardwalk platform to dotate sitting areas and a flow and accessible path to the beach.
